At CORDOVA, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all luxury tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original CORDOVA packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
